All payments for CMSCure subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means that when you purchase a CMSCure subscription, your transaction is with Paddle, and Paddle's refund policy applies to all purchases.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all CMSCure transactions, refunds are handled entirely by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy .
Paddle may issue refunds at its discretion for requests made within 14 days of a transaction. In regions where statutory withdrawal rights apply (such as the EU/EEA and UK), those rights are honoured automatically.

CMSCure subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you are on a free plan, no charges are incurred. Upgrading to a paid plan starts billing immediately through Paddle.
We encourage you to contact Paddle directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Contacting Paddle first often results in a faster resolution.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the Effective Date above when changes are made. Paddle's own refund policy governs all transactions and takes precedence.
